The house itself is well cared for but a "blank canvas" for those looking to upgrade. Either way, build or renovate and you will put yourself in a truly special location. Access to the Lonsdale corridor is easy and on foot about a 5 minute walk through Wagg Creek Park. Head west and you'll find Mahon Park and more trails. PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE SAT, OCT 3, 2PM-4PM
